Mission Statement

Jaxon’s Cure is a non-profit organization specifically established to raise awareness and find a cure for Subacute Sclerosing Panencephalitis (SSPE), a rare degenerative disease of the central nervous system caused by an altered form of the measles virus.  Funds raised will be directed towards research, cure development, and awareness on all issues related to SSPE.

“Grandpa Ollie”           Memorial

On May 22, 2008 we sadly lost my dad;  Jaxon’s Grandpa.  Jax had a very special bond with his “Grandpa Ollie”, he adored him and misses him greatly.

In lieu of flowers, Mom asked that donations be given to our non-profit in memory of Dad as she knew that this is what he would have wanted.   We are very grateful for all the donations made to Jaxon’s Cure and I know  my dad is very proud and humbled that we received so many donations in his memory.

You were a very loving father and grandfather.  Humble, kind, patient, sincere, genuine, devout, faithful, a gentle compassionate soul with a heart full of unconditional love.  A wonderful sense of humor and a contagious smile.
